Privacy Policy
How Forget My Car handles your data, and your rights.
Forget My Car (“the app”) is developed by Fipera Trading – F.Z.E (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what happens to your data — the short answer is: nothing leaves your device.
1. Data Collection
- Forget My Car does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There is no account, no backend server, and no analytics or advertising SDKs.
- Photos you take or attach of your parking spot are stored only in the app's local storage on your device. They are never uploaded anywhere.
- Location — if you optionally choose to drop a pin, that GPS coordinate is stored only on your device (in the local database) and is used only to open Apple/Google Maps for walking directions. It is never transmitted to us or any third party.
- Notifications — the app schedules local, on-device reminders for paid-parking timers. No push notification server is involved.
- Parking history (floor/zone notes, timestamps) is stored only in a local database on your device.
2. Data Sharing
We do not share any data with anyone, because we do not collect any data in the first place. Forget My Car has no backend server, so there is nothing to send your information to.
3. Data Deletion
Since all data lives only on your device, deleting the app deletes all associated data. You can also delete individual parking history entries from within the app at any time.
4. Apple Privacy Nutrition Label
Consistent with how the app is built, its App Store privacy label reflects “Data Not Collected” — because no data is collected, on-device or otherwise transmitted to us.
5. Children's Privacy
The app does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children, because it does not collect data at all.
6. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a new “last updated” date.
