Privacy Policy

Huedora (“the app”) is developed by Fipera Trading – F.Z.E (“we”, “us”, “our”, “FIPERA”). This policy explains what data is stored on your device, what optional online features transmit, and what third-party services are involved. The short version: your core game history stays on your phone; friend groups sync only scores and membership — never colors; ads and purchases use industry-standard providers with narrow purposes.

1. Data stored on your device

• By default, Huedora stores the following locally on your device (for example in an on-device database): daily results (including the day’s target and your guess colors, score, and related play metadata); practice / Gauntlet / Duel history as applicable; streak and preference settings (for example language, haptics, reminder preference); and a palette archive derived from colors you have already played.
• This on-device data is used to run the game, show your history, and calculate streaks. It is not automatically uploaded as a full backup to FIPERA.

2. What is not required to play

You do not need an account, email address, or profile photo to play today’s color, use practice, view local stats, or share a result card from your device.

3. Friend groups (optional) — Supabase + Sign in with Apple

• If you choose to create or join a friend group, the app asks you to Sign in with Apple and uses a backend hosted with Supabase to sync group state.
• For groups, we store only: group name, join code, membership, and nicknames; your daily score and streak values for leaderboard/board display; and timestamps needed to operate the feature.
• We do not store on our servers: the daily target color; your guessed color; photos, contacts, precise location, or message/chat content (the app has no in-group chat).
• Sign in with Apple is used so group membership can be authenticated. Apple may process authentication under Apple’s privacy policy. Until you use groups, the app does not need this sign-in for core play.
• If Supabase is unreachable, the rest of the app is designed to keep working offline; only group boards require the network.

4. Game Center (optional)

If you sign in to Game Center, scores may be submitted to Apple Game Center leaderboards (for example daily accuracy, streak, career accuracy, Gauntlet). Game Center data is handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy and Game Center terms. You can use the app without Game Center.

5. Purchases — Apple + RevenueCat

• Huedora Lifetime is a one-time In-App Purchase processed by Apple. To unlock and restore the Lifetime entitlement, the app uses RevenueCat, which receives purchase/receipt validation data necessary to manage entitlements — not your color history and not the contents of your palette.
• We do not receive your full payment card details; Apple processes payment.

• Restore Purchases is available in the app (Settings and paywall).

6. Advertising — Google AdMob (optional, rewarded only)

• Free users who opt in may watch a rewarded video ad to receive additional practice attempts. Huedora does not use banner ads or interstitial ads.
• When you choose to watch a rewarded ad: the Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK may process advertising identifiers and standard ad-delivery data to show the ad; at launch, Huedora requests non-personalized ads; Lifetime owners do not see this ad path.
• Ad serving and related data practices are also governed by Google’s advertising/privacy policies. If you do not watch rewarded ads, you can still play the daily game and use the free practice allowance.

7. Notifications (optional)

If you enable the daily reminder, the app schedules a local on-device notification (for example a morning reminder). Reminder copy does not include the day’s color. Depending on build/configuration, Apple Push Notification service may be used for delivery infrastructure; the reminder is not used to track you across other apps.

8. Analytics and tracking

Huedora’s v1 product intent is not to run a separate third-party product-analytics SDK. That said, the optional AdMob and RevenueCat integrations above are third-party SDKs with their own limited data processing for ads and purchases. We do not sell your personal information.

9. Children’s privacy

Huedora is a general-audience game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of profiling. Group features require Sign in with Apple. Parents/guardians who believe a child has provided data through a group account may contact us to request deletion of group-associated records we control.

10. Data retention and deletion

• On-device data: Delete the app to remove local history stored in the app container, or clear data using any in-app controls if provided in your version.
• Group data: Leave a group in the app to remove your membership from that group. You may also contact us at hello@fipera.com to request deletion of group-associated records we control (scores/membership tied to your signed-in user), subject to verifying the request.
• Game Center / Apple / Google / RevenueCat: Data held by those providers is retained under their policies; we cannot unilaterally erase Apple or Google systems.

11. International users

FIPERA is operated by Fipera Trading – F.Z.E. If you use optional online features, data may be processed in the regions where our providers operate (for example Supabase, Apple, Google, RevenueCat).

12. Apple App Privacy nutrition label

The App Store privacy nutrition label for Huedora will disclose data types associated with the optional features above (for example Game Center, Sign in with Apple / group sync, purchases, and advertising if rewarded ads are enabled in the binary). On-device game colors and history used only on device are not “collected” by FIPERA in the App Store sense unless transmitted. We will keep the label aligned with the shipping binary.

13. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a new “last updated” date. Material changes to data practices will be reflected before or when the related app update ships.
