Privacy Policy
How My Day My Life handles your data, and your rights.
My Day My Life (“the app”) is developed by Fipera Trading – F.Z.E (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what happens to your data. The short answer: your words are processed to create your spark, then gone — and what you choose to keep lives only on your phone.
1. What happens to what you write
- When you ask for a spark, the text of your entry is sent over an encrypted connection to our processing function, which uses an AI service to write your spark. Your entry is used only for that single generation.
- Your entry is not stored on any server. We keep no copy, no history, and no log of its content. Request-payload logging is disabled on our functions by design.
- The same applies to voice: when you have a spark read aloud, only the spark's text (never your entry) is used to generate the audio, and the audio is not stored server-side.
- When you use the microphone, speech is converted to text by Apple's speech recognition (on-device or via Apple's service, depending on the device and language). We never receive or store the audio of your voice — only the resulting text enters the spark request, and that text is not retained by us after processing.
2. What stays on your device
- The sparks and entries you choose to keep are stored in an encrypted local database on your device, and only there. We have no access to them — there is no account and no sync.
- Your preferences (language, chosen voice, Face ID lock) are stored locally on your device.
- The optional Face ID lock uses Apple's on-device authentication; biometric data never leaves your device and is never visible to us.
3. Accounts and identity
There are none. The app has no sign-up, no login, and no email field. We do not know who you are. A random, anonymous identifier (not derived from your hardware or identity) is used solely to enforce fair daily usage limits and to validate subscriptions — it contains no personal information and is not linked to any content.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Payments are processed entirely by Apple. To validate Premium status, the app uses RevenueCat, a subscription-management service, which receives the Apple purchase receipt and the anonymous identifier described above — never your name, email, or anything you've written. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for their handling of receipt data.
5. What we don't do
- No analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, no tracking pixels — not “opt-out”, simply not present in the app.
- No selling, sharing, or monetizing of data of any kind.
- No server-side storage of anything you write, say, keep, or hear.
6. Data deletion
Everything you've kept lives only on your device: Settings → Delete all data erases it completely, and deleting the app does the same. There are no server-side copies to chase — deletion is real deletion. You can also export everything as a file first, from Settings.
7. Apple Privacy Nutrition Label
The app's App Store privacy label declares only anonymous Purchase History and a random identifier used to validate subscriptions and fair daily limits — never your words. Your entry text is transmitted for the sole purpose of generating your spark, is not retained in our systems after processing, and is not linked to your identity — which under Apple's definitions does not constitute collection of that content. The AI provider we use for generation may briefly retain prompts under its paid-API abuse-monitoring terms; that retention is not used to train models on paid traffic, and we do not keep a history of what you wrote.
8. Children's privacy
The app does not knowingly collect personal data from children. There is no account, no profile, and nothing a child writes is retained on our servers.
9. Changes to this policy
